I have homeowner’s insurance which has not lapsed, however, my bank put insurance on my home as well without my consent and has added it to my account. I know that this is illeagal but I don’t know who to turn to to get this matter taken care of. This is NOT the first time that it has happened with this bank.

LetyFish asked:
I read a story in the IndyStar today about a Woman who was found with a large sum of money in her car. I have heard that it is a Federal offense to carry more than $10,000 in cash. Does anyone know if this is true, or what law/code applies to this law? I wanted to research it more, but I have had no luck in finding out more. Thanks!

Can you sue a bank for harassment and freezing your bank account? I have been banking with this bank for 20 years now. And I owe them nothing. I am in some legal trouble with another bank that has nothing to do with them. Does anyone have any advice? I don’t see how they can freeze my account when I owe them nothing.Submited by:brenda e

I am not a charity, just receiving donations for a site I want to create. I don’t think there is any problems with people who willingly send in cash donations. I don’t think I have to claim anything like that on my taxes either?Submited by:dadasfqasfqa

So I know this guy from highschool that I really disliked and the FBI is looking for him right now. He robbed a bank down the street from my house and he had a semi-automatic pistol with him, he pointed it at the teller.
The newspaper said the state of TX will be covering the charges, but I thought robbing a bank would be considered a Federal crime? Also I was wondering if anyone knew how long he would be in prison?Submited by:Texasgal
