we went to small claims court and made that decision and on the agreement it clearly states .. “Plaintiff will not cash check until correct date.”
well she cashed it 3 days before she was supposed to and im only 18 and i havent got paid yet so im now im the negative.
is there anything i can do legally because she broke the agreement?
