I am not an expert. But I am really curious. Since I was a child I heard lot about Swiss banks and their secrecy. Indeed banks are renown for their secrecy. But Swiss banks they are like fortress. So, how come US(different country) manage to force USB(which is a Swiss bank and governed by Switzerland – Different Country). For me even a government has limitations to force a bank to reveal customer information. So, how did US manage to force it? I would really like to know.
