I have had MANY bad experiences with Bank of America and I am looking for a better national chain bank since I travel throughout the US a lot. Any suggestions or your experiences with a particular bank would be helpful! Thanks!Submited by:Surfer06

My dad and I have a joint checking account. We can both write checks out of it. Someone wrote him a check. If he signs it, can I take it to the bank and cash it for him? We dont want to deposit it – since we are maintaning the account for social security deposits only.Submited by:Gil

I am trying to send money to different people in my family from the internet. I am looking for what Bank will allow for ACH transfers or direct wiring of money to another bank account without having to supply the “two small deposits” or knowing the login information of the payee. I just want to be able to wire money to any bank account/routing number without having to go through a verification process. Does anyone know a bank that makes this process easy?Submited by:SLaK

I’m pissed off at my bank for several reasons, but particularly cause of their stupidity. They charged me a lot for a certain service and they did it inaccurately. They didn’t even apologize for making the mistake. I’m going in on Monday to talk to the branch manager. What can I say to them to get them to refund me that money?Submited by:WWW
